We can offer a total package which includes:
Design of crane and downshop structure - Every crane and structure is mathematically worked to ensure the steelwork is the correct size.
Manufacture in our own factory - Drawings are produced so our highly trained Engineers can construct the steelwork to a very fine tolerance.
Erection - Our Site Engineers attend any site Nationwide to erect any crane or structure.
Testing - Upon completion of every erected crane and structure, we carry out a Proof Load Test, then mark the crane with a serial number and SWL sticker.
Certification - A Test Certificate is issued to the Customer at the conclusion of the job.
Site safety method statements and risk assessments are carried out for all sitework.
If the downshop structure is already installed, the following parts are available for self erection:
- End carriages
- Spare parts for hand geared cranes
- Crane control panels
